Last Sunday we received a call from a Cadillac owner who lost his car keys. He called and said he needed the service ASAP and cant wait until tomorrow for the dealership to make him a replacement key.
He asked if we can come and cut and program a new key for him. We told him that shouldn’t be an issue.
When we arrived after an hour, we started to work on getting the cuts for the replacement key. Our technician had to cut the key from scratch, using our cutting machine. Then, we had to program the new key so it will start the car, as it was a transponder key.
In less than an hour, the customer had a new key and started the car to enjoy the rest of his Sunday.
